The restaurat caters for up to 300 people for business lunches and conferences, and offers business rooms where you can work in peace and quiet.
We provide catering service for all occassions : birthday parties, busines luncheons, family reunions, press conferences...

    Summer Salad with home made smoked salmon (mixed salad leaves, potato, pickles of carrots and onion red, home made smoked salmon, basil, cream of chive, cucumber, ewe cheese, radish and caramel of balsamic)

    • Carpaccio tomatoes, sweet red peper and goat cheese, small bread stick with black olives,

    Back of hake poached in the lemon thyme,  vanilla white butter, tomato risotto witch black olives, zucchini fried

    • Leg of chicken roast with spices, potatoes candied with  chorizo and the ratatouille (Provençal vegetables)

    Back of cod poached way Tom Yam, mash  of spicy sweet potato and crunchy salad of cabbages, rice vinegar


    Chicken tenderloin stuffed with  mozzarella and chorizo, cream of chorizo, creamy polenta and black olives, Provençal mixed fried vegetables 


    Carpaccio of pineapple with cardamom, exotic minestrone of fruits infused mint / coriander and fresh(cool) dairy ice cream of Isigny

    Hot cold of light cream of scampis in the coconut milk and Tartar of sea bass in sésames seed 


    Salad of candies of foie gras, frayed by duck and home made smoked duck breast, foam of foie gras and Hillsides of the Layon (sweet white wine),


    Brochette of cheeks of pikeperch and bacon farmer, dry white wine (Saumur) sauce and crumble of vegetables Parmesan cheese


    Brochette(Bunch) of duck tenderloin marinated in oranges, sauce Cointreau,  potato stuffed with smoked duck and carrots candied in the honey and the orange juice


    Macaronée tart in raspberries, cream diplomat in the vanilla, freezes macaroon raspberry


    strawberry mojito entremet, coulis of strawberry and lime, mojito sorbet,
